1. About Security Hub

Security Hub is a platform for the UK private security industry, including a business directory, jobs board, and course listings.

2. Who can use the platform

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

4. User roles and content

Depending on your account type you may be able to:

  • Create a directory listing
  • Post jobs (employers)
  • Post courses (training providers)
  • Apply for jobs (security professionals)
  • Leave reviews (where enabled)

You are responsible for the content you submit.

5. Verification

We may offer verification checks for security professionals, employers and training providers. Verification is manual and is intended as a trust signal only. It is not a guarantee.

6. Job applications

Job application details may be restricted to verified users. Employers are responsible for their recruitment processes and compliance.

7. Courses

Training providers are responsible for course information, delivery, and compliance.

8. Reviews and trust rules

We may moderate reviews and content.

Three negative reviews rule: if an employer or training provider receives three negative reviews, we may remove/unpublish their profile/listing from the platform.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break the law
  • Post misleading, abusive, discriminatory or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas
  • Scrape or copy the site at scale without permission
  • Use the platform to spam users

10. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove accounts/content where we believe it is necessary to protect the platform, users, or to enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

  • We are a platform provider and are not the employer, recruiter, training provider, or awarding body.
  • We do not guarantee job availability, hiring outcomes, course outcomes, or exam results.
  • Verification does not guarantee quality, safety, or compliance.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
