Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase paid plans on Security Hub.
1. Plans and pricing
We offer paid plans for Employers and Training Providers. Plans may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis.
We may offer:
- Premium
- Premium Plus (includes sticky placement in lists)
Pricing and what is included is shown at the point of purchase.
2. Billing and renewals
- Monthly plans renew monthly.
- Yearly plans renew yearly.
You authorise us (and our payment providers) to take payment for renewals unless you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel during a month, you will keep access until the end of that month.
4. What happens when a plan ends
When your paid plan ends:
- Your paid content/features may be unpublished after the billing period.
- Your account may remain available so you can log in and re-activate.
5. Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refunds.
- Yearly plans: we offer pro-rata refunds calculated by full months. Refunds apply from the start of the next month after your plan ends.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
6. Free trials and promotions
We may offer free trials or promotions from time to time. Any trial terms will be shown at sign-up.
7. Changes to plans
We may change plan pricing or features. If you are on a recurring plan, changes will apply from the next renewal unless stated otherwise.
